Hi meowfire,
To help improve as a Mid or top laner you want to be good friends with your jungler. He will help you through out the early game and get you feed. I main mid so i know how hard it is to deal with junglers who don't want to gank your lane. Try to negotiate something out tell him to get his quick double buffs and maybe help you force your opponent to back so you can get the turret. As a mid lane or top lane you should always focus on split pushing Late Mid-early late Game. This helps you increase the amount of gold you have and items so you have a larger cs lead than your laning opponent. There are other situations why you cant get out of bronze. You may be going on a losing streak to prevent that you want to take a break. If your being a jerk to your team mates try encouraging them to help you win the game. Just renember League is just a game we all play for fun and that is the most important reason why we play this game.

While I agree that you shouldn't rage or do any negativity to your teammates, the rest is the mindset that some people have in ranked that enrages me.
If you play for fun, and only for fun, then play Normals. That's what that's for.
Ranked is meant for people who take the game seriously, and who play to win.
It loses it's aspect of a game and takes on one of a sport, hence why League is an ESport.

Don't know exactly what i could offer you Meow as i am only silver 2 but i main Top lane and can probably help you some when it comes to up top:). Possibly even mid lane slightly as that is my second role.
