Server you play on EU / US.
Summoner name.
Which role you would like to be trained in (support, tanking, carrying "this means you making most / all the kills", ganking"so sneaking up on people on different lanes for surprise attacks" or jungling which the name explains it all).

Hope this helped.

I have just recently started messing around with Annie, got the frostfire skin of course!, to get used to a giant nuker and get better at last hitting. She makes you pay for it if you fail.
Send me a PM and a Ingame request so I can see one of them faster and we can go hit a custom game and you can try her and other outs.
I am NOT a MOBAFire trainer, just looking to help with what I know to anyone that is willing to listen.

How do you pay for it if you cannot last hit ?
But anyways if you want to get better go to solimid.net, ownd3d.tv leaguecraft.net, clgaming.net, and mobafire.com
If you want to get better at a champion go to mobafire or solomid, if you want to watch people go to own3d, solomid or clgaming . . . if you want to learn about the game in general go to rog.clgaming.net, either general guides on here or on leaguecrafts, or even on solomid blogs.
Yeah I hope this post won't get edited but it will help you get better !

Disintegrate is great for nuke last hitting but it's not good for learning how to last hit with auto attacking. Learning how to last hit with auto attacks is a lot more important because it generally deals less damage than an ability like Disintegrate. For example, Disintegrate at R1 deals 90 DMG + Ability Power. Usually, a champion will have 40-80 Base Attack Damage. That extra damage gives a little lee-way. I honestly suggest playing champions like Ashe. Despite the fact that Ashe has an AOE, she still usually has to deliver a raw auto attack to last hit. Ashe is #1 champion to practice last hitting in general. I suggest not playing champions like Annie, Ryze, etc that have extra nuke abilities that assist them in "easy lasthitting".

This.
I would suggest after learning with a ranged AD champ like Ashe or Corki, you should move to a melee champ so that you don't start relying on being able to last hit from range.
I've been playing Mordekaiser for my last 250 or so games, and when I played a game as ashe and noticed that just the fact that i didn't have to deal with pathing all the way to the minions greatly increased my last hitting efficiency.
Tri lane for life.
