Don't buy her, you can get her for free by liking Riot on Facebook.

Follow the instructions on the second post of that thread for two free champs(including Tristana). If you have problems getting Tristana even after you go through those steps, take a screenshot and send it to Riot via Support and they should unlock her for you.
You won't have to waste IP or RP on her and get a free skin too.

Holy ****, didn't know you could get her for free. Feel dumb dropping the IP on her now. :(
She is super easy to play, and can also work as an APC if you get stuck going mid.
Ashe is another super easy champ to start, as she has awesome kiting abilities.

Tristana is really good for new players.. i think Ashe is one of the champs that are easy to pick up but really hard to do well with as she lacks a lot of tools that other ADCs bring Miss Fortune is another one i think should get a mention as she is good in pretty much any matchup all throughout the game.. all around safe pick with a good, easy to learn kit
