First Loctest Livestream
Stream still running as I post this. Might be down eventually, not sure how ustream vods work.

First impressions:
Some assists seem really OP (Leafa), will have to try this first hand to say for sure.
Gameplay is simple, you can mash A to do an auto-combo, inputs are not difficult (236/214 sort of inputs), there is pushblocking, burst, offensive burst, or you can burst in neutral to heal some health.
Meter builds naturally even if nothing happens. There is no chip damage at all, so no chip death possible. A lot of normals are fullscreen. Universal overhead and grab appear to exist.
