Done. The double description and questions seem a bit weird, but other than that it was no trouble. Like that you first need to read a description, then go to the question page and see the description again, why not just put it on the question page? :p
Also some questions like: "Are you happy that you're part of the LoL community?" "Are you glad you joined the LoL community?" are very similar.
Finally: I dont want your skins, keep them :p

Welcome in my world, with the difference that i almost always hated a big part of it

It was just a joke directed to the Mobafire community. :P
********'s a pretty good fertilizer
Bad questions. Many of them mean essentially the same thing. You could probably have cut down the amount of total questions by a third.
You should have spent more time on the questions and possibly made a second survey about the first one for learning what people thought of the survey, since you are writing about customer engagement after all.
Also, I don't want any skins.

"I also am Otherkin. Whenever autumn rolls around I can feel my kin-type slowly taking over my body. You must know, I identify as pumpkin. I can control it pretty good most of the time, but when September ends, I just cant hold it in anymore. Whenever Im outside I see my brothers and sisters being chopped into soup, coffee, donuts, cake, drinks, bread - ppl even cut human faces into their skin, making a mockery out of their noble appearance. When I see things like that I cant control my pumpkin urges anymore. My natural instincts kick in. I then sit down motionless, while getting bright orange." - Morgana L

I am currently writing my master thesis on the topic of 'customer engagement' in marketing.
Whenever I am not doing any school-related stuff - and sometimes when I should be doing so - I play League (just hit plat 4 yay).
Thankfully I was able to combine the two and that's where I need your help.
Since League has one of the most vocal and active communities in all of gaming, I hope you can spare a couple of minutes in between games to participate in a small questionnaire I created.
I really appreciate your help and that's why every participant will be entered into a drawing for 5x5 mystery skins.
Survey
As soon as I've drawn the winners I will contact them via League of Legends (please state your ingame summoner name and the server you are playing on at the end of the questionnaire)
The information you provide will be treated confidentially.
Again, thanks a lot in advance!
