I actually think Ubisoft deserves money for those games simply for the fact that they brought the games and a bunch of other games to GOG (i.e: DRM-free).
If Ubisoft sees a good number of sales they might actually change more towards DRM-free products in the future, and everyone benefits from that.
If you should buy ANY Ubisoft games at all these are the ones.

The main ones to have a look at are (in order of importance):
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Prince of Persia: Warrior Within (best game in the series story- and game mechanics-wise). Skip the PoP reboot. While the game looks absolutely GORGEOUS, it's very repetitive and has a lot of QTEs.
Heroes of Might and Magic III and Heroes of Might and Magic IV. Skip the fifth game, it's a regression from the fourth, which in my opinion is the best in the series(not an empty statement, I can provide reasoning as to why).
Splinter Cell.
Beyond Good and Evil.
Rayman 2: The Great Escape and Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc.
As for games I know less about the Settlers games might be worth a look along with Warlords Battlecry II and possibly POD.
So, any seasoned Settlers player here? Which ones are worth playing?(and why?)
