I believe that someone on the official forums said his new clear time is somewhere in the range of 3:15 depending on runes and leashes.

Old times were:
03:30 with Cloth Armor and 03:20 with Boots (you'd need a GREAT leash for that)

I just got 03:25 with Cloth Armor and I'm pretty sure you'd get 03:15 with Boots.
