From what I've heard, Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs is a skip. It's not that bad, strictly, but it's not at all like first Amnesia. It's more like Dear Esther. By which I mean that it's a LOT like Dear Esther.
Legend of Grimrock is also really good, if you can get in before the sale ends. It's a really solid throw-back dungeon crawler, full of puzzles and secrets.

Amnesia: TDD and Psychonauts are now on sale! Both of them are amazing games.
I highly recommend both of them.
Gone Home is also supposed to be interesting, but I haven't played that myself.

Audiosurf is amazing. You should all buy it. Maybe twice.
I have. Probably more than twice.

I.e: Mike Rogers doesn't think it's rape unless the victim knows (s)he has been raped. Sounds legit.

So Humble Bundle actually went and opened a store. I think this is great. Steam needs more competition and fair pricing along with DRM-free games AND steam keys makes this store incredibly attractive.
New sales every day for a couple of days!
I'd recommend having a look at Natural Selection 2.
