Does anyone use these over AD marks/quints for champs like Vayne, or at least Kog'Maw?
I tried doing the DPS math, but the difference at Lv 1 is sort of irrelevant to them, and it matters all about proc-ing their passives.
Last time I tried, it didn't affect my last-hitting besides for a better Lv 1 animation, so let's please exclude that from any argument.
Are AS runes useful at all?

I use one attack speed quint when I play ADC but only one. It just helps me last hit since the attack speed animation is already slow as dirt at level 1.
but other then that I don't see them as super useful.
