The second of my incoming main tank army! I wanted to create a tank easy to play and easy to learn with a few subtleties. For example he is best played as a support in the new AD + Support duo bottom lane. He also is quite capable of tanking if lacking in items, a great introduction to the new metagame on bottom lane as well as how to tank for beginners. He is more defensive than, say, Leona in this role, but lacks a spammable heal, like Leona. Although, so does Janna...

Passive: Soul Twist
Surashu's attacks reduce the target's attack speed by 15%/20%/25% for 3 seconds.
Q: Soul Strike
Mana Cost: 75/70/65/60/55
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 sec
Surashu propels a fragment of his soul. If it strikes an enemy champion, it will stun them for 1 second and deal 40/80/120/160/200 (+0.5) magical damage.
W: Soul Obscuration
Mana Cost: 65/75/85/95/105
Cooldown: 10 sec
Surashu summons two shields, one shielding the next 50/75/100/125/150 (+100% of his Armor) physical damage and the other shielding the next 50/75/100/125/150 (+100% of his Magic Resist) magical damage for 3.5 seconds. If one of the shields breaks, Surashu deals magical damage to surrounding enemies equal to the value of the broken shield.
E: Soul Unification
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 19/18/17/16/15 sec
Passive: Surashu gains 10/15/20/25/30 Armor and Magic Resist.
Active: Surashu tethers to target allied champion, granting half of the passive benefits. Surashu takes 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% of the damage the target would normally take.
R: Soul Lifting
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 150/135/120
After channeling for 1.5 seconds, all enemy champions are stunned for 1.5 seconds plus an additional 0.01 seconds for each 2%/1.5%/1% of health they are missing. If Surashu's channel is interrupted, the duration of the stun is equal to the length of the channel.
