Lol. I played a game where she was mid and I was Soraka, bot support. Needless to say, I put out more heals but she put out stronger ones. He silence hit like a truck and now that people see she can be a strong laner, I see no reason why she shouldn't. She's a lot harder to support with but it's still doable.

Played midraka, Kayle was a PAIN in mid but the damage was pretty good and her heal was fine aswell, she's got a huge presence in Teamfights with both damage and heal.

I find this really odd, cuz I've always played her as an AP Caster. Made a guide for it too, just havent got to revamp it lol.

Kayle is just a pain period, patch made her really strong.
She build glass cannon (Berserker Greaves, Rageblade, Gunblade, Nashor's Tooth etc.) against me as Mordekaiser, and if she got the upperhand i was dead, but i could three shot her, so it could go either way.

If you guys have been active on the US forum I'm sure you saw all the threads popping up about how OP soraka is now because of her starcall and that she is now oh so much more fun to play. So I want to say a few words to those people who want to actually do the same on this board.
First of all let me say: Screw you.
Soraka has always been a strong solo champ. Her starcall was annoying and people complained about it a long time ago. But after the 0cs support role got established the benefits of keeping support low on items while boosting your own carry that Soraka got forgotten. Still some people decided to solo with her and were sucsessful with it even though it was regarded as a troll build.
Now that her support aspects got heavily nerfd and the focus shifted back to her offensive abilties people complain about it and go around "saying lol @ all the people who said she would be up". People were afraid of loosing their favorite support champion and well it seems those where right. She is now deemed an AP Caster.
The most annoying thing at least from my view is that people now call her fun to play. Well those are usually the guys who play ad/ap carries and now have a new toy to play with even though their toybox is already stuffed to the limit. Regarding to her already strong solo lane presence prepatch she is not really new lets just say she got a repackaged with a new hat.
So if you find yourself playing against more agressive Soraka's now and want to complain about how op it just know that this playstyle was always possible, but now its much more present because her other playstyle got demolished.
