I love this item. I think it has good regen stats, HP stat not too bad, and the active gives you and one other person a speed buff for a few seconds. Be if fleeing or chasing, its a great item to have.
Ive used it on Malzhar a few times, and I have to say, getting it early can give you an edge in lane time and coordinating ganks. I think that there are few champs that can synergize with it, so its not very common to see.

It's a really strong item. It builds out of a gp/10 item, gives your tam a speed boost gives CDR and has good regen stats. I had a game, 2 people on my team had it. We won easily even with me dying like, 8 times. We just had pushing speed.

Great item, especially its passive, but on most champions I play I prefer Soul Shroud over Shurelya's Battlesong. But that again, those champions are for now only Leona and Soraka...
