Ive been trying to find the perfect blend of ADASAP for Varus in those ARAM games, and I noticed that at 25AP his Blighted Quiver Damage increases by 1% even though the scaling is .02

Anythoughts or is the system just rounding up?

i believe the system rounds up things sometimes like having .89 ap and considering it as 1. it's only my opinion though.

The display rounds to the nearest whole number but it actually deals exact damage based on your exact AP.
