I play Heimerdinger and i have a dilemma with how squishy he is against tanks. Does anyone have any suggestions on a build that would essentially turn Heimer into a tank?

Ring? pop it when he comes inside turret range, use grenade+missle and pop the ring. When you are out he should be half dead and btw... if tanks are killing you get more HP, Rylai? RoA?
