Your gonna have to change the Q's name. Because
Mimic is
LeBlanc's ult.
Illusion looks okay, but I don't really know. I don't have much experince with this.
Smoke bomb is combination of Akali's twlight shroud, and one of corki's abillites.
His ult is just odd. I mean it all comes down to if he AD or AP. If he is AD, then you are just kinda eliminating his potiental with AP champions.

In my eyes there is only justice

How to tank guide (Revamped! 10/13)
I meant for him to be somewhat of a Jaxlike Hybrid. Little bit of everything. The point is that he can use their abilities as his own. Imagine the benefit...Perhaps I might have them do some bonus damage to supplement the loss of AP/AD stats. IDK as for Mimic it was the best I could come up with for a name. And yes smoke bomb is a bit of a akali and corki, just no increased mr/armor or slow. Potential that while he's in it he wont be seen when he attacks. Or leave it as is.
Loki, the one that killed Baldr !!
Did you know that :
I would definitely like to play against him :P
Did you know that :
Quoted:
In Norse mythology, Svaðilfari is a stallion that fathered the eight-legged horse Sleipnir with Loki (in the form of a mare). Svaðilfari was owned by the disguised and unnamed hrimthurs who built the walls of Asgard.

I'm a huge fan of Norse mythology. Probably one of the few people upset that Too Human is (to my knowledge) not scheduled to have the second and third installment of the game.
And I felt the name fit the champ in terms of skill set. I would battle yu as Loki of course. There always needs to be a misunderstood antihero.

I'm not a "huge" fan of Norse Mythology but I've really liked the concept of Too Human :
Putting the Mytholgy into a future Sci-Fi world.
But, yes, there is some adaptations that are wrong.

I think in the case of fx taking on Annie with your ulti, I think that if Annie's Tibbers is on cooldown when you take her form, the cooldown should be passed to you. Would be too OP to just take the role of an overleveled Annie, and just slam Tibbers in the enemies' faces as soon as you change form. lol.
The first skill makes no sense, if it doesn't count ulti's in. However, maybe you should put a cap for when the damage returned is increased or decreased. This "bar" should be raised each time you level the skill. This way, you won't just throw things like Annie's Tibber back onto her with increased power. That would be oh so very OP, especially if the AoE and Stun follows as well O_O Would OHKO a squishy nearbystanding enemy. (ranged carry just standing around? ;O)
One skill shouldn't be that gamechanging. Timing it right, you'll wreck the enemies completely only with that Q. (If AoE, stun, and increased damage is added)
Hope this helped :3

Well I said it won't be able to reflect ultis. As well the CD will be considerably long. Like Sivir's built in banshee's veil. It's not intended to be OP, but it is intended to provide an advantage.
As for his ulti, I specifically said or wrote I mean that "Loki can use all of the target champs abilities EXCEPT their ulti"
Because I knew how OP that would be.

Appearance-
Slight of Hand (Passive): Every time Loki uses an ability he gains bonus attack speed stacking up to 6 times.
Mimic (Q): For the next 4 seconds the next offensive ability used on Loki will be copied and returned for it's base damage plus a bonus 3/5/7/9/12% damage. (Ultimates might not be allowed...How OP to get Tibber's stunned and return it to a team lol.)
Illusion: Loki hurls his dagger in a straight line dealing damage to targets it hits, once the dagger has reached the end of its path it comes back (sivir's boomerang blade). The damage is reduced per target hit in it's path, reduces up to 35%. If the dagger hits a champion a second dagger will be thrown towards the original dealing 60/70/80/90/100 bonus damage to all targets it hits, this damage is not reduced.
Smoke Bomb: Loki throws a smoke bomb at target location. The bomb reduces hit chance for 6 seconds to enemy targets caught in it and can conceal Loki while he is inside the smoke.
Doppleganger: Loki takes the form of target friendly or enemy champ for 10 seconds. While he is in this form Loki gains all the abilities this champ possesses (except their ultimate). As well he gains a percentage of their health/MR/Armor/AP/AD. The champion's abilities ratios will remain the same as well.
((Some things are subject to change of course....And this might be OP, so please give me some feedback))
