Build AD on Tiger, not Bloodrazor (atmog is great).
Phoenix is built: Cloth->Boots->HoG->Wit's End->Merc->Randuin/FoN->Randuin FoN->Sunfire/Thornmail->Trinity Force/Bloodrazor.

Remember that Udyr is an offtank. you should try to build him at least a little tanky before getting your damage items. For tiger Udyr I often merc treads and wriggles, rush phage into triforce.
For phoenix, you will want tier 1 boots followed immediately by wits end. Wriggles doesnt do much for Phoenix Udyr other than the lifesteal. If you like your movespeed rush merc treads into wits end then build tanky and get another damage item later if you need one.
I strongly advise against using madred's bloodrazor because it is an anti tank item, on top of the fact that often times Udyr wont hit you enough to make it useful. The meta is squishy, so instead I would just go for triforce or bloodthirster.

Yeah Madred's is really a counter pick item or a finishing item for your gear. I'd listen to what Mr. Udyr says xD

Build for tiger:
Wriggle's, Trinity Force, Warmog's, Atma's Impaler, (if offensive bloodrazor; if defensive FoN, BV, or Randuin's, Thormail, or FH)
But I really don't know how I should be building Phoenix Udyr. What items are core? and what is your idea finishing build? Similar to the tiger build, or different? Was thinking about incorporating wit's end and madreds bloodrazor early.
So really just looking for a udyr item build i can just plug n play with. Thanks!
