This is not meant to ever be accepted into league of legends but to troll the troll players in making them wish this champion exists. This idea is only for giggles.
Usamahd The Nuisance
Lore: Usamahd is a drifter doing anything to tick off everybody. He was originally a baker, but then he changed his mind and decided to take bad road. Ruining Noxus' plans. Screwing around with Jarvan and Garen. And sometimes spreading rumors about the LoL ladies. His 3 major inspirations to be an annoying champion are trundle, sion, and mundo

Looks: Usamahd is an overweight(slightly lighter than Gragas) wearing an apron(which he kept when he was a baker), khakis, and a green/red plaid flat cap. His voice is a mixture of Gragas' and videogamedunkey's. He got his hammer by stealing it from Noxus.

PASSIVE(NOPE): If a champion is under 10% health, Usamahd will rush to that nearby champion and gain a 150/300/500 additional auto-attack magic damage nuke(he can cancel the passive if he wants). The computer will time his hit to make a gaurenteed kill.(unless if his teammates are too bursty). If the computer calculates that the magic damage nuke is not a gaurenteed kill in 1 hit it will knockback the enemy. With minions, he can run right over the minion to cause everybody's mouse pointer to go select him instead of the minion.
Q(WHERE EVER I PLEASE): Usamahd plants a flag at a near range(like teemo's shroom) and can press Q again later to teleport to that location(like using teleport on a ward). A flag will be destroyed in 5 uses of his Q. He can plant up to 3 flags.
W(I don't think so!): Usamahd hooks an allied champion or a minion with his hammer(like darius' apprehend)and can go anywhere while carrying the champion with him(The champion is suppressed for 5 seconds oranges won't save them) During the W, he can rather chuck the champion/minion to a location or put him/her down. When the 5 seconds end, he puts down the champion by default.
E(Hole): Usamahd digs a hole down with his hammer, any champion/minion in area of the hole will be stuck in there. Dashes will not let the champion escape, only jumps will work(he can also get out of the hole himself)
R(A call of the enemies): Usamahd can enchant an enemy turret and a minion of his choice(dragon, baron, and etc.) and cause them to grow fast legs to rush to him, destroying his own temmates. In late game the minions and turrets will be buffed to have doubled stats(if effected by the ultimate).

I don't know about his stats but I'll just put the general riot way of doing it
