Her final build is "normal", the only thing that changes is her build order.
BotRK is generally one of her first completed items, boots can be either put off or half-rushed depending on the matchup, and LW can be bought just slightly later than on other ADCs if you need some more stats before it. IE is still one the first completed items, and PD has considerable priority once you acquire IE.
Pure attack speed
Vayne is a bad decision, you want maximum multipliers for your damage. Your Silver Bolts is just a damage contributor, not the damage itself.

You always get BotRK first, then you choose from an attack speed item, either PD,Youmuu's, or Statikk, then you either get a LW or PD depending on what you feel like doing/need. Then you get a defensive item or an IE and then the other one.

If you can handle the attack speed and right clicks really well, its fine. But I wouldn't recommend building attack speed on Vayne cause you need alot of damage as well as soon as you reach the later stages of the game. Yes, Silver Bolts can do alot of damage, but you shouldn't just rely on that skill anyways. Overall, just stick with Blade of the Ruined King and follow up with either a Statikk Shiv or Phantom Dancer depending on how you snowballed your bot lane.
