His passive is pretty OP - It's basically LeBlanc's but so much better.
Q is fine
W is not. First off, it takes up a skill slot, second, all it does is make their mana go down, and third, you lose health. I would add this to your Q and find a new W.
E is spell shield but better
How would your clone be able to use abilities?
Otherwise the ult doesn't last long enough to do anything.

oh i sort of love the mana steal thing ^^^. I guess its a weak ability? This guy is all about hurting himself. Except that reflect is bBroke/x/\XX
What about like, spell shield afflicts with Q? ALWAYS W!!!
His R is so baller yo, like, heimer/shaco R. It should not kill him maybe? Stern you know.
His passive probably means the champion isnt really workable. Too strong/too soft
Yo maybe W is like, a dOt you know? Like mana loss over time, and magic damage over time. Hm. I dont know. I don't know when I would be super happy I wasnt paying for my skills in this guy. Like, W means that I can cast Q/E using -their- mana. E will be on cooldown, I assume, and is defensive. So I can cast Q with -their- mana.
EHH. Do I need that? Is the cost of Q enormous so it drains like, muuuch more mana from them?

Hmm... I'm going to keep editing this guy with all of your suggestions ^_^ Thank you for being insightful.
I just really like the idea of him.. sort of abilities I've not yet seen yet.
I'll change it again here soon, and I'll be sure to post a new reply whenever I update it. Please continue critiquing! I'd like to come up with something nice here ^_^

The Master of Mirrors. A copycat champion.
Passive - There is always an image of himself following him. It cannot deal damage / abilities / anything. It is simply an image to confuse the opponents. It is controllable, but with a very short "leash range: from the champion himself.
Q (skillshot)- Targets a champion for your other abilities, deals a VERY small amount of damage, and lowers their magic resist by a **** ton temporarily.
W - For .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds, your spells are cast from (Q targeted champions) mana pool/energy/rage. and you gain a small armor bonus. At the end of the duration, you lose health equal to 50% of the mana/energy/rage used.
E - Reflect. A shield that lasts for .5 - 1.5 seconds that reflects all incoming spells/abilities back at the opponent.
R - Your passive becomes an actual clone for 1-4 seconds, able to attack and use abilities at your same ratios. If the clone gets killed by an enemy champion, turret, or neutral monster, you die as well from the shock of seeing yourself die. The clone does not have it's own passive, and cannot clone itself.
OP? On a full-AD build perhaps. Give him something like 10% AD ratio and call that **** fair!
The ult is the sweetness I think, considering your passive is always on, it'll really catch people off guard ^_^
