Support my ***! I see him mid solo, and take 2 - 3 champs on all the time! But late game he definitely does become much more support oriented.
I didn't know they nerfed him though, maybe that changed him. As I thought he was the teeniest bit OP at times.

He's a really ****ty support.

Just stating my opinion.
He doesn't have anything to protect his carry with and he's not very useful without farm.
His spells are just not suited for it.
