Allow me to quote his "about me" section right under the stream to give you an idea what it's like:
"I'm xepherian [eric], and i play video games. i aspire to work within the eSports industry as whatever they will throw at me. I do hope to acquire a casting position someday, however.
you'll see me mainly casting League of Legends games, but I also play some other games if people request them. or if i just feel like lollygagging around."
Every day starting at 3PM PST/6PM EST he casts a game at each league of play ordered from Bronze to Diamond which anyone can join. I happen to be a moderator on the stream so if you do see IANF1 please be sure to say hi to me. Usually friday is a day off for him though and he doesn't always stream on weekends. There is a section under the stream that shows the schedule for the week.
