Patch 14.11 is less than one week away! Read on to get up to date on all the changes that are coming live next Wednesday, including a bundle of new Infernal skins and the rework of Ornn's passive!
These changes appeared on PBE on the 23rd of May, but have been slowly shifting over the past week, and will continue to do so. As such, keep in mind that not all of these changes may make it to the live patch. If you’d like to check any of the following changes out before next Wednesday, hop on PBE and queue up!
New Cosmetics - Infernal
Three new skins have been added to the Infernal skinline - Infernal Ashe, Infernal Karma, and Infernal Olaf. All three skins are of the Epic variety, which means each will run you the standard 1350 RP. As always, you can also pick up one or all of the eight available chromas to match your preferences!
Ornn - Passive Rework
Master Craftsman, Ornn's secondary passive, has been reworked. Currently, Master Craftsman will upgrade a select number of Legendary Items, including, for example, Rabadon's Deathcap or Infinity Edge. The Masterwork upgrade would increase the value of the item's stats by roughly 1000 gold and give each masterworked item a unique name, such as Rabadon's Deathcrown and Infinity Force.
In Patch 14.11, Ornn will no longer only be able to upgrade a few Legendary items - instead, he can now upgrade any and all Legendary items. Instead of gaining unique names, the items will now receive a "masterwork" descriptor and its stats will be increased based on a table of values.
The total gold value of all increased statistics will now be precisely 1000 gold, rather than roughly, thanks to the newly created table of values which assigns a gold value to each different stat increase. For example, each point of armour is valued at 20 gold, while each point of ability haste is valued at 31.25 gold.

Item Changes
Most of the item changes target the newly adjusted marksman items. Essence Reaver now costs 3100 gold instead of 3200. Immortal Shieldbow's lifeline shield has increased, while Infinity Edge now offers a lower critical strike damage boost (40%, down from 50%). The Collector also received a nerf, now granting 12 Lethality instead of 15.
Of the bigger changes, Stattik Shiv has gotten a brand new recipe. It's now built out of Scout's Slingshot and Rectrix, instead of the Hearthbound Axe. It now costs 100 gold less. It also now grants more Attack Damage (+5), more Attack Speed (+5%), and deals more damage with the Electrospark passive (+30). As it is now built out of Rectrix, it now grants 7% Movement Speed.
Rune Changes
Absorbed Life has gotten a small buff, and it now heals 2-20 HP (based on level), up from 2-17. Cut Down's recived a nerf, and it now deals more damage only to targets who are above 60% Health, whereas it used to deal damage to enemies above 50%.
