Read up on all the new PBE changes to get up to date on the upcoming Patch 25.12. Highlights include new Inkshadow skins, the release of Uzi's Hall of Legends Pass, and hefty adjustments to Rammus.
These changes appeared on PBE on the 28th of May, but have been slowly shifting over the past week, and may continue to do so. As such, keep in mind that not all of these changes may make it to the live patch. If you’d like to check any of the following changes out before Wednesday, hop on PBE and queue up!
New Cosmetics
Four new skins are joining the Inkshadow universe! You can acquire Inkshadow Lee Sin, Inkshadow Nilah, Inkshadow Pyke, and Inkshadow Renekton for 1350 RP each. As Epic-tier skins, each skin comes with a unique splash art, new sound and visual effects, new animations, and a distinctive recall. You can acquire up to eight Chromas for each skin. Each chroma is 290 RP a pop.

Riot is celebrating the greatest marksman in League of Legends history by inducting Jian “Uzi” Zi-Hao into the Hall of Legends. As with the celebration of Faker, this means that you’ll be able to pick up a Hall of Legends Pass starting with this upcoming patch and acquire various goodies.
There are four varieties of the Pass, each granting additional rewards. Three skins all in all will be released—one for Vayne, and two for Kai’Sa. You can acquire Risen Legend Vayne by purchasing the base version of the Hall of Legends Pass for 1950 RP.
The Kai’Sa Collection, which contains everything that is contained in the base Hall of Legend, costs 5035 RP. For this price, you’ll also acquire Risen Legend Kai’Sa, as seen below. Taking it a step further, you can acquire Immortalized Legend Kai’Sa (which upgrades Risen Legend Kai’Sa) by purchasing the Immortalized Legend Collection for 32035 RP.
Finally, you can also acquire the Signature Immortalized Legend Collection for 59965 RP, which comes with everything included in the previous collections, as well as Frosted Ezreal, PROJECT: Lucian, Fae Dragon Ashe Paragon Chromas, and more.
