Patch 25.19 PBE Preview

Read up on all the new PBE changes to get up to date on the upcoming Patch 25.19. Highlights include new Arcana skins, and heaps of champion buffs.

These changes appeared on PBE on the 10th of September, but have been slowly shifting over the past week, and may continue to do so. As such, keep in mind that not all of these changes may make it to the live patch. If you’d like to check any of the following changes out before Wednesday, hop on PBE and queue up!

New Cosmetics - Arcana


Three new Arcana skins are joining Jhin and Lulu for the full set of 2025 Arcana additions. You’ll be able to acquire Arcana Aurora, Arcana Karthus, and Arcana Zilean in Patch 25.19. Each skin is of the Epic tier, costing 1350 RP, and it includes new sound and visual effects, a unique recall, and new animations. Each skin has up to eight Chroma options that you can purchase separately for 290 RP a pop.

Ahri

Spirit Rush (R)

Base damage increased to 75 / 125 / 175 from 60 / 90 / 120.



Brand

Blaze (Passive)

Ablaze monster damage increased to 265% from 260%.


Pillar of Flame (W)

AP ratio increased to 70% AP from 60% AP. Empowered AP ratio increased to 87.5% AP from 75% AP.


Pyroclasm (R)

AP ratio per bounce increased to 30% AP from 25% AP.



Caitlyn

STAT CHANGE

Base attack damage increased to 62 from 60.



Diana

Moonsilver Blade (Passive)

Cleave monster damage increased to 300% from 260%.



Draven

Blood Rush (W)

Bonus attack speed increased to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% from 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%.


Whirling Death (R)

Base damage increased to 200 / 300 / 400 from 175 / 275 / 375.



Jinx

Switcheroo! (Q)

Fishbones bonus attack range increased to 100 / 125 / 150 / 175 / 200 from 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200.


Flame Chompers! (E)

Base damage increased to 90 / 140 / 190 / 240 / 290 from 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270.



LeBlanc

Distortion (W)

AP ratio increased to 80% AP from 70% AP.


Mimic: Distortion (R)

AP ratio increased to 80% AP from 75% AP.



Lillia

Lilting Lullaby (R)

- Base damage increased to 150 / 200 / 250 from 100 / 150 / 200.

- AP ratio increased to 45% AP from 40% AP.

- Cooldown reduced to 140 / 120 / 100 seconds from 150 / 130 / 110.



Mel

Searing Brilliance (Passive)

- Projectile base damage increased to 8 – 33 (based on level) from 8 – 25 (based on level).

- Projectile AP ratio increased to 3% AP from 1% AP.



Seraphine

STAT CHANGES

- Health growth increased to 95 from 90.

- Mana growth increased to 40 from 25.


High Note (Q)

NEW EFFECT Bonus damage based on the target's missing health now applies against monsters.


Surround Sound (W)

REMOVED Heal no longer scales with number of nearby allies (including Seraphine).

- Heal changed to 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16% missing health from 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5%. 


Champion Nerfs


Corki

Phosphorus Bomb (Q)

- Base damage reduced to 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 from 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250.

- Bonus AD ratio reduced to 125% bonus AD from 130%



Pantheon

Comet Spear (Q)

Monster damage reduced to 75% from 90%.


Shield Vault (W)

Monster health ratio damage cap reduced to 120 from 200.



Poppy

Hammer Shock (Q)

Minion and monster health ratio damage cap reduced to 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 from 75 / 105 / 135 / 165 / 195.


Keeper’s Verdict (R)

Cooldown upon being cancelled increased to 30 seconds from 15.



Sivir

Boomerang Blade (Q)

Bonus AD ratio reduced to 85% bonus AD from 100%.



Champion Adjustments

Mixes of buffs and nerfs, or general changes and bug fixes.


Heimerdinger

Hextech Micro-Rockets (W)

BUG FIX Tooltip now correctly calculates the rockets' total base damage.



Jax

STAT CHANGE

Base health reduced to 650 from 665.


Grandmaster-at-Arms (R)

Primary bonus armor increased to 45 / 60 / 75 from 25 / 50 / 75. Primary bonus magic resistance increased to 27 / 36 / 45 from 15 / 30 / 45.



Lee Sin

STAT CHANGE

Armor growth reduced to 4.5 from 4.9.


Sonic Wave (Q)

- Base damage increased to 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 from 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 / 155.

- Bonus AD ratio reduced to 95% bonus AD from 115%.


Resonating Strike (Q2)

- Minimum base damage increased to 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 from 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 / 155. 

- Minimum bonus AD ratio reduced to 95% bonus AD from 115%. 



Syndra

STAT CHANGES

- Health growth reduced to 100 from 104.

- Armor growth reduced to 4 from 4.6.


Dark Sphere (Q)

- Base damage increased to 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 / 220 from 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215.

- AP ratio increased to 65% AP from 60% AP.


Scatter the Weak (E)

Cooldown reduced to 15 seconds from 17.


Item Changes

Celestial Opposition

BUG FIX Blessed buff is now properly removed on death. Previously, the user could receive damage (prior to dying) then have the shockwave trigger at the end of the linger period after dying, which was accompanied by no visual or sound effects.




Hollow Radiance

Immolate description in the tooltip now notes the minion and monster damage modifiers separately.




Redemption

Heal reduced to 150 – 350 (based on target's level) from 200 – 400 (based on target's level).
