Worlds 2025 Ticket Sales

It's that time of the year again. Worlds is exactly one month away and ticket sales will go online soon.

The 2025 League of Legends World Championship begins on October 14, and will be held in Beijing, China, this year. If you're in or looking to travel to Beijing, you'll be able to snag some Worlds tickets starting from Tuesday, the 16th of September, if you're a Mastercard cardholder. These are presale Worlds tickets, and they're limited to two tickets per person.

General tickets will be available beginning from next Friday, the 19th of September.

Whether you're a Mastercard cardholder or not, the price of the tickets is the same:

  • Tier 1: ¥488.00

  • Tier 2: ¥388.00

These tickets are valid for the entirety of the Play-In and Swiss stages of Worlds. Tickets for the Quarterfinals and Semifinals in Shanghai, as well as for the Grand Finales in Chengdu, will be sold separately at a later date.

To purchase your tickets, you'll want to navigate to one of two ticketing websites, depending on if you're purchasing domestic or international tickets.

Who is Playing?

Of the 17 teams invited to Worlds 2025, only 9 teams have been locked at this current junction. We'll know about all of the participants for the Play-In and Swiss Stage as the remaining regional Splits comes to a close later on in the month.

Korea (LCK)

Four LCK teams will be present at Worlds 2025, of which three are already confirmed—KT Rolster and Hanwha Life Esports, thanks to their placements in the LCK 2025 Season Playoffs, and Gen.G, due to their success at MSI earlier this year.

The last remaining Korean team will be determined during the same Playoffs, and confirmed by the 28th of September. It will potentially be the reigning champions, T1, or Dplus KIA, and BNK FEARX.

China (LPL)

Four Chinese teams will battle it out on domestic soil; but which ones? Currently, no team is set in stone, but we'll know all four by the 27th of September as the LPL 2025 Regional Finals progresses.

Americas (LTA)

The two qualified teams so far are FlyQuest and Vivo Keyd Stars. One other LTA team will join them at Worlds, as determined by their placement in the LTA 2025 Championship. We'll know for sure by the 28th of September.

EMEA (LEC)

The LEC 2025 Summer Playoffs are in full swing, and we'll know which three teams are going to Worlds by the 28th. For now, G2 Esports and Movistar KOI are sure to be there.

Asia-Pacific (LCP)

Finally, from the LCP, we've got the usual suspects, PSG Talon and CTBC Flying Oyster. One more LCP team will join these two at Worlds, and we'll know just who by the 21st of September.
