League of Legends (LoL) Question: Best Jungler?

Find a jungler that you like, fits your play-style, and fits the team ^_^ For example, I like carry junglers as I have a very aggressive play-style and play mostly solo-queue, so I like some carrying potential if I do need to jungle. I love Xin Zhao and Nocturne. On the other hand, if you want to play it safe, pick a jungler with a lot of utility (usually the tanky ones) like Lee Sin and Maokai.

Junglers fill different roles. Some are good at farm-independent ganks. Some are good at controlling the jungle. Some are good at farming the jungle. There really isn't the best.

I prefer Xin Zhao as of now because he brings so much utility and tankiness and is a perfect initiate for a team.

I know you probably don't want to hear this but there is no best jungler. Each champion that has the ability to jungle fulfills different roles including clearing the jungle in a faster speed than others, being able to sustain well in the jungle, ganking, tanking, assasinating and initiating to say the least...

I would however, be able to answer your latter question. My favourite jungler would have to be Hecarim. He has a fairly fast clear time with his Rampage being able to stack up to two times thus creating a spammable skill, his sustain isn't the best but he does have high sustain due to his Spirit of the Dread healing him for a percentage of the damage done in that aura field. Moving on to ganking, Hecarim's Devasting Charge is a useful tool to be able to do more damage via Hecarim's passive (Warpath), knock back an opponent into your ally for an easier gank, catch up to your fleeing opponents or running away in times of low health. Hecarim's ultimate Onslaught of Shadows does a fair amount of damage, can transport Hecarim and fears the opponents away from Hecarim for 1 second at the end of the ultimate.
