League of Legends (LoL) Question: Where is the LOL file?

Where is the LOL file?
I got a razer tartarus gaming keypad and I'm trying to keybind it. But i need to find the file to attach to it...i just can't find it. I'm not sure what its supposed to be called either. I even re installed lol and copied the file name (C:Riot/leagueoflegends)
but I can't find it anywhere. I looked under desktop and even tho league is on my desktop its not there...csgo and others are but not league which is very odd. Wondering if theres any way to recover/find this file. oh and which file would i need in the first place to keybind with my keypad?

For example when I made a batch file to launch my match recorder and LoL at same time, I directed the file to open "H:\Riot Games\League of Legends\lol.launcher.admin"
