League of Legends (LoL) Question: Vote bug?

For a while, my sona guide has been at 11 votes. Last night i checked and it had 26 votes??? I checked again this morning and im down to 12. Did something happen??

In addition to what BIG DADDY WILL said, the votes which are higher between guests and members are the only votes that will show.

Yeah votes were inflated and suspected to not register properly resulting in disproportionately high ratings among all guides. The administrators seemed to have fixed the problem and resolved to remove all guests votes.
