How do I get the WUKONG WARD like it used to be

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I guess you mean the Rising Dawn ward skin from a lunar revel event some years ago. It's basically Wukong as a ward.

If my guess is correct, I'm afraid that I have to disappoint you. The ward skin is unavailable for purchase, so the only way to obtain it now is by being lucky while opening hextech chests and loot. I'm sorry.
