    Rating problems

So every time I downvote a guide on Mobafire my own guide magically gets 1 or 2 downvotes why must the children in the LoL community be so stupid... I had a top rated Zilean guide and now it's fallen to 3rd by a huge difference just because I downvoted a couple of **** guides, anyone else having this issue?

It happens to everyone (though if comment to vote isn't on, there's a chance the downvotes on your guide might be unrelated). If you can't handle the potential of some other author getting mad and downvoting your guide, then don't downvote other people's guides. If you're okay with that possibility, just be prepared for revenge votes.

Topicz been discuzzed millions of timez.

Some people think that downvoting is a crime, that they do not deserve downvotes because they did their best for their guide or whatever reason. Since they think you did them harm, they will try to harm you back by downvoting your guide.

However, this isn't always the case, it is also possible that those people did not downvote you back to harm you back, since there is no proof they have. There are no negative comments put by people you have been downvoting. When the downvoters will be like:
"Here is a downvote. I will remove my downvote only if you remove your downvote from my guide!"
Then it is blackmailing and it is considered against the rules.

Until that happens, you just have to deal with it, because:
    1. You have no proof that people revenge downvote you
    2. As long as they do not blackmail or bribe you, they are not breaking the rules.

No. C2V was permanent a long time ago and it resulted in tons of awful guides hitting impossibly high ratings because people are too scared or can't be bothered to downvote with a comment.

Can't we just make C2V permanent instead of putting only for the first few comments ?
