    Yes or no? I've seen him played both ways, but I feel like they might take away from his damage too much?

    Not worth, your w steroid is more then enough.

    Wouldn't go for it. Depening on how you play teemo (AD or AP) lifesteal+AD quints or flat AP would probably help more in lane.
