Can't install League..

I removed League of my laptop for a while, and now i want to download it again, but it doesn't work :/ i can install the Setup Wizard but then when i want to open and install League this pops up: 'RADS Error: Could not connect to the HTTP server. Please check your Internet connection is enabled and that your firewall is not blocking access.' I dont know what this 'firewall' is and i am connected. Please tell me what i can do to fix this :3

If you are running windows 8 just search for windows firewall open it and search to the right for "turn windows firewall on or off " click on it and turn it off then start your install.
Please note that sometimes you cant disable the firewall this way as your anti-virus might be the one controlling your firewall,in this case you just have to open your anti-virus and disable the firewall(it will mostly be among internet protection settings).
