Effects that proc "On heal" are even stronger on her now since the Rejuvenation passive reapplies the effect every 1/2 second as it ticks for 3-5 seconds. These are Windspeaker's Blessing which provides bonus resists, and Ardent Censer that provides bonus attack speed.
