6.11 Swain Support: Still Obnoxious Report

Swain was nerfed slightly this patch making him a bit less likely to be picked mid/top and thus less likely to be banned. He is still however quite viable and strong as a tanky support pick. This time I'm building him with a 0/18/12 mastery page with Thunderlord's and my "Mana Tank" rune page that is 9 mana regen seals, 9 armor marks, 9 MR glyphs, 2 Armor quints and 1 MR quint for a decent chunk of resists. I max his Q followed by W and rush catalyst before sightstone. I go 4/1/9 this game.
