Speedy Janna Report

Trying out a number of builds I'm redesigning after the 5.13 AP item changes and how the new costs and AP stats will affect AP supports. Up first is a Janna build where the 3 items of focus are Luden's Echo, Ardent Censer, and Twin Shadows. This is of course on top of the standard support gear of Sight Stone, boots(in this case swiftness), and a support Item(Talisman of Ascension). This build costs around 12k gold to finish, provides roughly 220AP, and after caps gets a Move speed of around 540. These items also provide great utility. Censer for attack speed to shielded targets, Twin Shadows for the seeking slow, and Luden's just gives a nice damage burst even on a quick Q.
