Seals aren't great candidates for AP, but if I were to get AP seals, I'd go for AP/lvl.
Flat AP glyphs are okay. AP/lvl glyphs are pretty good. mPen glyphs aren't very good.
mPen quints are pretty bad imo. Flat AP quints are all right.
On a standard AP carry, I usually run:
mPen marks
mp5/lvl or HP/lvl seals
AP/lvl or MR glyphs
AP or MS quints.
