"I'm Usually going for full armor penetration on Talon, because god damn you're giving such a ridicilous damage even tanks like Nautilus, Kled, Poppy, you just destory them, and you don't even have to use your ultimate for kill ADC's and thats insane, I don't see lifestealing is really needed on Talo"
