Mobafire (obviously)
LoL Pro Guides written by pros only.
Skillshot (tentative) This site is in its infancy, but I have high hopes for it when it really gets off the ground.
League of Stats This site is just too awesome. It's a database of Champ and game statistics. Lookup the best counters, synergies, team comps, and builds.
As of 4/1/2012:Think Tryn is OP? In NA, his W/L ratio this week was only 47.40% and his K/D/A averaged @ 5.8 / 5.2 / 5.8
A Total Noob's Guide to LoL A tremendously helpful guide for the truly newb, those folks with their first lvl 1 summoner account.

Gweedo "Just OK Guides" by Gweedo is funny as hell.
Elo Chronicles Cruzerthebruzer has recorded games to prove that there is no elo hell. See him go from 276 elo to 1908.
