I have a lot of friends that struggle with this problem. I suggest you practice a lot, I know it sometimes seems that no one in your team is good and everybody's always bad but if we start with ourselves we can see some results. If your team is actually always bad then (if you play in solo/duo) find someone you can duo with that you know plays well so you'll at least have 2 good players on your team. Also, in lower elo's it is suggested that you pick 1 to 3 mains that you are really good at and not try to play as many champs as possible since then it is harder to master them.
Some other suggestions: if your team is one of those that spam pings for no reason or start inting or claim to be a higher elo/one-trick but for some reason chose to jungle instead of their claimed top main always mute everyone if that happens. Getting tilted yourself often loses you games (I've been there until I started to understand that it is just an unlucky game).
But yeah, practice a lot and try out every champ in normal games to see who you really want to master and work on it, don't play too many ranked games at once because then you might make silly decisions, muteall is a great option in the game when everything isn't going that well but you still have that one spark of hope (plus, I'm very sad of this community so try not to be one of those people that are always toxic) and try to find a duo partner that you know plays as good as you.
I have some guides if u want to check out but atm like right now my tip for you is! Draven adc is back in meta and he is pretty strong atm! if you going jungle i can tell you that Wukong and Zac is pretty good team champs and can carry aswell right now!
Thats the champs who got me out! Enjoy and give me feedback :)
My recommendation is to pick a role to main and pick 1-2 champions in that role to play. You can have some backup champs for other roles in case you get autofilled, but the vast majority of your games should be on your main role and playing your main champions.
Right now you have a ton of losses on champions that you have fewer than 10 ranked games on. Bouncing around from champion to champion and from role to role doesn't get you consistent practice and makes it much harder to learn.
I'd also recommend picking some simple champions to play for now, so you can focus more on the game and less on your mechanics. It's up to you what champions you like, but picks like Yasuo and Lee Sin are really challenging to play, so your focus will be more on your micro rather than the important macro stuff you should be learning.
i play yasuo since 2015 so i know how to play it , lee sin im tryin to perform, i was main adc in 2016 , like i play the whole year adc, now i want to play top but mid jgl and bot lose, i play mid, again , and again and again , every role, i cant carry solo, even i play tank or ad or ap
