It is only a little bit more (10 more mana and 1 more second to CD), but the slow is huge and the damage makes every gank complete. On a side not"

Posted a Comment: May 30th, 2012 "Right. Like I said. Replaces Archangel's early game, but I would still suggest getting it. The item is kick ass, and CDR is never overkill with Heimer. ESPECIALLY if you are Rocket Harrassing. Those things need to be ready immediately. Plus your nade will be ready faster for escaping more often."
