I think these are the chapters to have MINIMUM in a guide, to have all the information needed.
http://colorschemedesigner.com/ - This is a site where you can make custom colors, simply make the color you want, and mouse over it, you will get a 6digit code and then put it like this etc: color=#FFF400 (yes with the hashtag)
http://imgur.com/ - This is a useful site if you want to add screenshots, simply take a screenshot in the game using Print Screen button in your keyboard, go to your league of legends file and search for screenshots. Then edit it via paint, and upload it here. It will take a couple of seconds per picture, then at the right side it shows the link to view your picture, and you can put it in the guide.
