In almost every case I find the damage, mana regen, and health a lot more beneficial than level 1 boots and pots. This helps you get minion kills at lev"

You're not normally going to get blue and I feel the final tier in the Defensive tree is better than the final tier in the Utility tree. With that build you get more"
