Why is the Nyan Cat so popular in the LoL community? Its like its become the spokesman of LoL. Am i the only one that hates that thing? I will admit that it would make a pretty sweet champion...

A question about Zonya's Hourglass
When you activate Zonya's Hourglass does it stop a spell that is toggled on? like singed and his gas or karthus and his circle of death thingy?
