I find it kind of hard to proc relic shield on thresh, but not for champions like blitzcrank, taric, or braum. Am I the only one experiencing this or is this supposed to happen?

Kassadin, Anivia, Diana have really short cooldowns on ulti. (With exception of the form switchers and udyr)

The fastest cooldowns are Anivia and Kassadin (With the exception of the "switching types" and udyr) Also diana if you proc moonlight + ult
