"Overall great build so I voted +1. Im not a fan of banshee veil and frozen mallet but because you suggested alternatives I give it to you. Id rather use the guardian and trinity for similar effects. Trinity could be a very good one for teemo. He has enough AS to keep the slow on and still get a fair"
