You definitely don't have to be support to do this. But with no CS to get you are the one with the spare time to get this stuff taken care of.

"Thats not what Im saying at all. Im saying Wits End is a better item overall than hexdrinker, however when a champion needs AD but not AS, such as an AD caster, Hexdrinker is the superior choice.
As an auto attack based champion, irelia is better off with a wits end than a hexdrinker. "

"It might be good against a dual caster setup, but only on a champ that scales of AD well but not AS as much, such as Riven Talon or Lee Sin.
If they scale well with AS (like Irelia) Wits End is superior."

"I think the ability to burst heal is a little too strong, thats a 465 base heal with a 120% AP ratio. I realize that requires all of your energy but it would encourage players to not use any spells so they could always used a maxed out heal.
