"Kog'maw has no escape sure but he has long range and poke and high dmg.
He has two large huge power spikes once he hits lvl 6 he wins lane hard. Then once he gets trinity force.
Draven has more down sides plus he is highest skill cap adc you need to do what all other adc's do on top of that "

I dont play draven only adc's i play are Kog'maw, Tristana and Twitch.
Twitch might have short range but at least he has alot to make up for it best adc at assassination. loads"

"I not really a fan of Ezreal hes not my kinda champ i find he lecks alot of dmg for ADC. At least i find if you go even i kinda you lack dmg especially if you cant poke and they have a healer. "

How much do champion picks/bans and power differ from region?
Im wondering this because Tristana is very popular in NA one top picks and now getting banned all time.
Then if you look at other region like korea shes not in top 20 most banned in all ranks of...
