"Lucian is still good from what i played in ranked my bot lane got shit on they would keep saying his e is always up now its annoying.
My guess he still shits on people like kog, tris and so on early.

"Lucian im not sure how feel about he got range nerf that usually means rip but the buffs were fucken huge to his abilities.
His e is on such low cd now man its amazing you can e around 4-5 times in a team fight with little cdr.
Hes is alot more fun now like he was made to be when he came out"

Armor vs Hp seals.
Wondering math wise which is better?
From what i have read im not 100% sure. Running 9 armor will reduce more dmg than running say 4 armor and 5 hp seals later in game if its physical.
