"Why take one point in crit dmg riven has very little crit and this build you dont have much ether i would rather put on in more cooldown early on it helps alot or dmg to towers. "

"I dont get the point of this build. Teemo does 95% of his dmg from on hit items. Why build all that ap? Sure it might be fun i mean getting random mushroom kills but thats it.
His q scales bad on ap and his e. Only his traps will do any thing and honestly not worth it IMO.

"I dont under stand why you take 7 Greater Mark of Strength. Why not start with a 10ad item and get more magic pen. Magic pen is alot more valuable and you still get all passives at lvl 1. You lose out on late game dmg with that build. "
