Lucian ult might be weakest ult in the game
It does almost no dmg most of the time its better to auto. You could say cait ult is kinda same useless as game goes on but at least it can pick people off from long range. His ult does no dmg even...

brk not longer that great imo
After latest nerf i have no desire to buy it on any adc. Best part i liked was active and how it was good for dueling and escape with recent nerfs the range is just utter shit even on low range...

Why does Manamune not get same upgrade as archangels
Tear into Manamune gets no upgrade besides the flat ad.
Archange gets a faster charger why does Manamune not same it really lame.
